42-meter Ferris wheel
The 42-meter Ferris wheel features a cable-supported spoke structure. The wheel itself is connected to the central axle by five spokes, while 60 steel cables crisscross to secure the axle. The passenger cabins are mounted and stabilized via cabin brackets fixed to the outer rim of the wheel. The drive platform is equipped with eight sets of drive units; each set uses an electric motor to rotate the wheel via friction wheels, thereby setting the cabins in circular motion. As passengers sit inside the cabins and the wheel slowly ascends, they can gaze out through the windows, gradually enjoying an ever-widening view of the surrounding scenery.
